Cancellations
Your ideal outcome is dependent on maintaining the ideal management plan, if you need to change or reschedule appointment please allow us 2 clear business days notice to organise to care for somebody else in that time. If you're unable to do so there will be a late notice appointment fee.
Funding Options
NDIS
We support the NDIS which means you can access individual and group therapy services under a specific plan implemented for your child. The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides support for Australians with disability, their families and carers.
If your child is aged between 0 and 9 years of age, there is a specific service called Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) available.
Medicare
Medicare has two options we can use for your child’s therapy.
- Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) plan referral form - must be completed by a GP. You will have access to five rebate sessions per calendar year.
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) plan - A referral form for follow-up allied health services for clients of ATSI descent must be completed by a GP who has conducted a health check consistent with the ATSI Medicare health checks.
Private Health
If you have a Private Health Care fund you may be eligible to claim a rebate for Occupational Therapy assessment and therapy services. Please contact your Private Health Care provider to find out more information.
